Understanding your Insurance Coverage
At the dental office of Drs. Costello and Drake, our patients are our top priority. Our aim is always to deliver high quality dental care that is accessible and affordable but also long lasting. This is why our office wants to make sure you understand how your dental insurance works when you visit us for your dental procedures and check-ups.
As some of you are entering the open enrollment period with your insurance, we want to make sure our patients understand the insurance policy we have in place.
Here at Dr. Costello and Drakes office, we accept all major insurance plans that are a PPO. However, we are in network with United Healthcare and Cigna. We will take any PPO dental plan and file it for you for reimbursement to the doctor or patient, however the individual policy is set up. We understand how confusing insurance can be, so we are here if you have any questions.
