Finances shouldn’t keep you from achieving a healthy, beautiful smile. We are pleased to offer many financing options to choose from including Care Credit. Care Credit offers a zero down payment with low monthly payments to allow you to pay for your treatment over time. Please see below for an application that you can print out.

Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies can vary, we do our best to estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurances and their contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of your dental treatment. To avoid any financial surprises, you may call in advance of your appointment to determine what out of pockets expenses may be incurred. Please ask to speak with our financial secretaries, Amy@drdrake.com and Allison@drdrake.com.
We accept most PPO insurances, however we are not in network with providers accept Cigna, United Healthcare, and Aetna. Please contact our office to confirm if your specific plan is covered. Starting January 1st, 2024 our office will not be in network with dental insurance carriers. We will gladly use the benefits you may have, but you will be responsible for any remaining fee(s) beyond your insurance plan.
Please remember that we have an excellent membership plan that in most cases is much more advantageous than using dental insurance plans. We would be happy to discuss the membership plan with you.
